The MacKinnon Country House Hotel built in 1912 by Major Archie MacKinnon was originally named Dunringell after his clan's old fort near Elgol. Respected as an ideal example of a Scottish country house hotel, the MacKinnon has six rooms in the main building. A further eight rooms in the Garden Lodge provides the perfect setting for the romantic at heart!
